A revealing interview with Entourage’s creator Doug Ellin has just been published by THR, interesting to note in relation to this episode is about the ongoing theme of friendship and as he says:

This year I’m going to focus less on the movie-star life and more on the surrounding guys and how their stuff may not work out.

It would be safe to say, Vince’s career will probably sky-rocket this season, and maybe the other guys will suffer a la Vinnie last season. “Amongst Friends” will unquestionably be the episode that sets the tone for the rest of this season.

And there’s also an interview that has a few revealing words on this season’s finale with Kevin Connolly saying:

Doug wrote a scene where we’re all at the airport together. Matt was all smiles. He was definitely there to have fun.

Us Magazine.com has the scoop on this, with Matt Damon (and his charity, One By One) added to the list of celebrity appearances this season, combined with LeBron James, whom both will appear at an “airport scene” in the final episode. And in other news Adrian Grenier is apparently back with his Transformer-star girlfriend — Isabel Lucas.
